OUR FOUNDERS
With more than 20 years of management and business consultancy experience, our founders wanted build a community of practice to advance the field of adult education through continuous exploration and experimentation.
A community that is bound by our desire to learn and grow.
Through our exploration, we discovered a significant flaw in education. A curriculum that is packed and only emphasized on input, without leaving room for learners to reflect and question is the most jarring problem that greatly impedes learners’ potential.
